Each config/handbook/<NN>-<name>.json file is a flat {pageCode, title, text} object -- title/text are lang-key references, resolved the same way lore book text is. There's no ordering field in the data at all; the two-digit numeric filename prefix is the only ordering signal that exists anywhere, so it's what this wiki sorts by. Any handbook:///handbooksearch:// links embedded in the resolved text are rewritten into real site-relative links (to an item page, another guide, or a pre-filled items search) -- the same rewriting used for trait descriptions.
